Employment:  The positions in our restaurant are: counter server, cutter, dishwasher/busser, prep cook, pit cook. Most crew members are cross trained to help in all areas as needed. We look for people with positive histories who can grow into leadership positions. Min age 18.

If you are committed and perform well during initial probation, you will earn better than industry average: $15 - $20 / hr net DOE+ comp meals + paid time off. BBQ Pete’s is a pretty cool place… We have a winning team with excellent systems to unleash your great performance if you have it in you.

  • Please come in person, (1:30p - 4:30p Mon - Fri only) to fill out an application and interview with manager. No appointment necessary.
  • Please no phone calls. In person applications only.

Local Charity:  We give primarily via referrals from internal relationships. Due to large number of requests, we cannot respond to everyone. Typically, we support schools via internal referrals. We choose to give consciously where we think it will have real benefit to the people and community closest to us.

Do you ship sauce jars and barbecue? Sorry, no. Sauce jars are available in many grocery stores and sold in restaurant.

Do you take reservations?  Sorry, no. BBQ Pete’s is counter service with communal picnic table seating. We do not have banquet rooms, nor a full service waitstaff. For groups over 15 people, please email us in advance and we can help you target the best time/day to find enough seats. We have served groups as large as 60 this way.

Delivery?  Sorry, no. We go off-premises for staffed catering jobs only (groups of 150 - 500).
